What is a rental agent?
A rental agent handles with all the work that leads to a rental agreement between the landlord and the tenant. They find suitable properties, answer questions about the property, arrange viewings, and draws up the rental agreement.
Do I have to pay the mediator?
Mediation costs are costs that a mediator charges to bring a tenant and landlord together. We ask for 1 month all-in rent (plus VAT). You only pay these fees if you have actively engaged our agency and we have successfully found a rental property for you.
What are rental mediation services?
Rental mediation services include all activities involved in facilitating a rental agreement between a landlord and a tenant. This may include:

Acting as the main point of contact for the property

Arranging property viewings and taking photos

Drafting the rental agreement

Screening the tenant

Handling the financial settlement
Which documents do I need to rent a home?
You’ll need at least a valid form of identification, recent payslips or proof of income, and sometimes a landlord reference. If you’re self-employed, you may also be asked to provide an annual financial statement or a profit and loss report.
How does the process of renting out a home through you work?
After you have registered as a landlord, we will come by for a recording and discuss the rental conditions. We will take professional photos, list your property online and actively search for suitable tenants. We will also arrange the viewings, screening and the rental contract.
What if my tenant doesn't pay the rent?
We work with clear contracts and can – if needed – offer support with rent collection. We can also advise on additional securities such as a deposit or guarantee.
Can I also rent out my home furnished through you?
Certainly! We rent both semi-furnished and fully furnished homes. Let us know how your property is set up, and we will target the right audience for you.
