I had the pleasure to meet Stan, and Stan was very friendly and always reachable and there for any questions and any inquiries I had. I am moving from Canada so the time difference was a big part. But not woth Stan, he was patient and always available for any issues or problems I had. Can't say much to the apartment itself yet, because I still gotta move. But the procedure with Stan was very good. Recommend Stan and Housing Group 100%.
